Leexi
General Settings

Company settings

Understand how Leexi settings are organized and quickly find the right admin page.
Definition: Leexi settings are organized into groups in the sidebar: what concerns all your meetings, what is yours alone, what belongs to your team, to the company, to the Studio, Report and Coach modules, then governance and advanced settings. Each group folds and unfolds, and only the pages allowed by your roles appear.

Who is this for?

  • Administrators who structure how Leexi is used in their company.
  • Managers and users who need to find the right configuration page quickly.

Permissions and licenses

  • The pages shown depend on your permissions: a whole group may be missing from your sidebar.
  • The Company, Governance and Advanced groups require administration permissions.
  • Some pages only appear if an integration or a module is active, or if your license includes it.

How to use it

Identify your settings group

The sidebar always follows the same order: General, User, Team, Company, Leexi Studio, Leexi Report, Leexi Coach, Governance, Advanced. Fold the groups you do not need: Leexi remembers your choice from one visit to the next.

General — what applies to all your meetings

Three cross-cutting pages, visible to everyone:

  • Meeting rules: what the assistant records, who is notified, what is sent afterwards. Three tabs — Personal, Team, Company — depending on your permissions.
  • Notifications: what Leexi sends you, by email, Slack or Teams.
  • Integrations: your personal integrations and, for administrators, the company's.

User — what is yours alone

  • My account: display name, password, languages, time zone and minimum call duration.
  • My applications: download of the desktop app, the mobile app and the browser extension.

Team — your members' defaults

  • My team: the team's default settings, in a foldable block, then the list of its members with their integrations, languages and licenses. The add-user button is at the top of the page.

Company — the common framework

  • My company: global company settings (languages, time zone, minimum call duration).
  • Teams & Users: view of all users, their integrations, languages and licenses; team editing.
  • My logo: customization of the assistant, the emails and the share page in the company's colours.
  • Authentication: two-factor authentication and password policy.
  • E-mail templates: content of the emails sent before and after meetings.
  • Billing & Invoices: plan, payment interval and licenses.

Leexi Studio — what the AI produces

  • Summary templates: the prompts attached to a conversation type.
  • Conversation types: the automatic detection of the type of exchange.
  • AI Context: the context provided to the AI, attached to conversation types.
  • Custom vocabularies: the terms to transcribe correctly (people, companies, products).
  • Tags: the organization of calls and the related filters.
  • AI Topics: the themes the AI spots in the transcript, described in plain language.

Leexi Report and Leexi Coach

  • AI Reports: the templates of the reports sent periodically.
  • Scorecard templates: call assessment, manual or automatic.
  • Autofill CRM: the CRM fields filled in automatically by the AI. The page only appears with a compatible CRM integration active.

Governance — compliance and control

  • SSO / SCIM: login delegated to your identity provider and account provisioning.
  • Storage: retention periods for video, audio, transcripts and AI insights.
  • Permissions: all the company's locks gathered on one page.
  • Audit logs: the history of sensitive actions.
  • Access rules: call confidentiality and visibility.
  • Roles: the description of each configurable role.

Advanced — opening up to the outside

  • API Keys: programmatic access to your data.
  • Webhooks: the events pushed to your systems.
  • Partnership: your affiliate token and the tracking of your referrals.
  • Terms of use: the terms and conditions in PDF format.

Going further

  • The structure of the settings follows the permissions declared in the Leexi roles: the same person can see different groups depending on their combination of roles.
  • Active CRM integrations unlock certain pages, including Autofill CRM.
  • The tabbed pages — Meeting rules and Integrations — have one address per tab, so you can share the right tab directly.
  • Everything about meetings is gathered on the Meeting rules page; My account, My team and My company keep only the language, time zone and minimum call duration settings.

Frequently asked questions

Things to watch out for

  • Do not confuse product roles with sharing or visibility settings.
  • Some pages are visible but only useful if an integration is already active.
  • A settings page you cannot find is more often the sign of a missing permission than of a bug.
