How to use it

Understand how the assistant joins your meetings

Meeting detection through the calendar, choosing which meetings to record, manual invitation, how long the assistant waits before leaving, sending the summary and the tasks: see How the Leexi Assistant Works.

Customize the assistant's name and visuals

The assistant is customized for the whole company, not user by user: see Assistant customization.

Choose the notifications you receive

The list of notifications available by email and on Slack is detailed in Notifications.

Warn participants that a meeting is being recorded

The email sent before the meeting is enabled from your notifications — see Recording GDPR Email — and its content is edited from the Email templates.

Control what your users can change

The Security settings let you allow or prevent users from changing their own meeting and notification settings.

Get the assistant working on Zoom

Zoom requires additional permissions from the meeting organizer: see Zoom.

Connect your CRM or your VoIP

The available integrations and how to enable them are listed in Integrations.

Check the security of your data

Authentication, access rules, and call sharing: see Data Security.

Going further

Is there a time limit for recording?

The assistant records up to 4 hours at once. If your meeting lasts longer, simply re-invite the assistant to the meeting. Then use Ask Leexi to provide the context of the two or three resulting calls, re-prompt, and get your summaries.

How does Leexi handle breakout rooms?

On Google Meet and Microsoft Teams, when participants are split into breakout groups, Leexi considers the meeting in the main room to be over: you receive the summary of that first part. To also get a summary of what is said in the breakout groups, re-invite the assistant to the meeting.
