How to use it
Open the AI Coaching Hub
Click AI Coaching in the left sidebar. The page is optimized for desktop.
Filter the scope
Select at least one scorecard to display the results. Then narrow down by Teams, Users and, if your CRM is connected, Pipelines.
Choose the period
In Performance analysis, choose the granularity (Month, Trimester or Year) and the analyzed period. With Compare with, show the evolution against the Last period or the Same period year N-1.
Read the results
The page is made of several blocks:
- Scorecards: average score and number of evaluated calls for each selected scorecard.
- Calls to review: calls evaluated over the period, with their score, sortable and one click away.
- Activity & results: total, contacted, won, lost and open deals, and conversion rate.
- Business impact: closed revenue, lost revenue and pipeline value.
- AI insights: AI summary of the period, detailed in the next step.
Generate AI insights
Keep a single scorecard and a team selected, on a finished period, then click Generate insights. The analysis appears in three sections: Strengths, Weaknesses and Recommended actions. If a comparison is active, click Generate insights in the Evolution section to see what improved or declined.
Explore a scorecard
Click a scorecard to open its detail page: Attributes, Calls related to the scorecard (filterable by attribute), Leaderboard, Progression and AI insights.
Going further
- The Activity & results and Business impact blocks require a connected CRM and at least one selected pipeline.
- Hover over a number to see its definition.
- Once generated, AI insights are saved: reopening the same filters shows the same analysis without a new generation.
- The Recommended actions section ends with a list of calls worth re-listening to.
- AI insights rely on the scores and comments left on scorecards: the more evaluations are commented, the more precise the recommendations.
