Ask Leexi

Support assistant

Contact Leexi support from Ask Leexi to ask a product question, report a bug or a technical issue, suggest a feature idea, and create a support ticket.
Definition: the support assistant is the Ask Leexi mode dedicated to product help. It answers product questions from the documentation, helps pin down a technical issue, and opens a ticket with the Leexi support team when needed.

Feature video

No video is available at this time.

Who is this for?

  • Any user with a question about how Leexi works.
  • Anyone facing a technical issue who wants to report it without leaving the platform.
  • Anyone who wants to suggest an improvement to the product team.

Permissions and licenses

  • The support assistant is available on all plans.
  • On the Starter plan, Ask Leexi opens directly in support mode: the classic chat about your calls is not included.
  • Its use is not restricted to administrators.
  • The assistant does not read your calls: it works from the documentation and from the information you give it.

How to use it

Open the support assistant

From the Ask Leexi home screen, click the Product question or technical issue? card. The Support button at the bottom of the sidebar opens the same mode. The You are in support mode banner confirms the active mode, and the Back to the classic chat link returns to a normal conversation.

Describe your request

Explain your question or your problem in a few sentences. Three suggestions are offered at the start: ask a question about how Leexi works, report a bug, suggest a feature idea.

Answer the assistant's questions

For a technical issue, the assistant asks a few targeted questions with suggested answers, so it can pin down the context. You can pick an answer, write your own, skip a question, or go back to the previous one.

Review the ticket before sending it

If the documentation is not enough, the assistant prepares a ticket and shows the Review your support ticket form. The title, the type, the date of the problem, the description, and the related meeting stay editable; your name and your email come from your account. Click Create the ticket to send it.

Follow your ticket

Once the ticket is created, the conversation is closed: a confirmation email is sent to you and the follow-up continues by email and on the support portal, whose link appears in the conversation.

The three request types

Product question

  • The assistant looks for the answer in the documentation and cites its sources.
  • A ticket is only offered if the documentation is not enough.

Bug

  • The assistant asks a few targeted questions to pin down the problem.
  • If it cannot solve it, it prepares a pre-filled ticket.

Feature request

  • The assistant rephrases your need and passes it on to the product team.
  • A feature request never creates a ticket.

Going further

  • The mode is fixed for the whole conversation: switching modes starts a new chat.
  • The more precise the description (what you expected, what happened, when), the faster the diagnosis.
  • For a problem tied to a specific meeting, give its title or its date: the assistant carries them over into the ticket.
  • The support assistant stays available even if your plan does not include the classic chat about your calls.

Frequently asked questions

Things to watch out for

  • A conversation closed by a ticket cannot be reopened: start a new chat to continue.
  • A feature request is passed on to the product team, without a ticket and without a committed timeline.
  • Read the ticket over before sending it: the title and the description are used as they are by the support team.
