Who is this for?
- Companies that want an assistant more consistent with their brand, especially agencies or teams that work directly with external clients.
- Administrators who want to reduce the perception of an unknown third party in meetings while staying transparent (the "powered by Leexi" mention is kept).
- Companies that must comply with a specific visual identity in their communications and client interactions.
Permissions and licenses
- Editing the branding is reserved for administrators authorized to manage the assistant's profile.
- This access is notably present for the Company manager, the System admin and the Super admin.
- The required license is AI Meeting or Business. This feature is not available on the Starter plan.
How to use it
Open the page
Go to Settings > Company > My logo. The page has three tabs — assistant, email and sharing — and each one has its own address.
Customize the assistant
On the assistant tab, Request a new custom assistant opens the form: name for the assistant, profile image, description text, background image and colour, background opacity, text colour and size, and the white Leexi logo.
The name must be at least 5 characters and must clearly read as an assistant rather than a person. You can also enable Send disclaimer message and write the disclaimer the assistant posts in the meeting chat.
Preview in meeting shows the rendering before you send the request.
Customize the emails and the sharing page
On the email tab, upload the Logo to display in the email. On the sharing tab, upload the Logo to display on the sharing page, pick the Theme Color and remove the Free Trial, Pricing or Sign In buttons if you do not want them.
Both tabs reuse the logo from your custom assistant profile automatically: save to keep it, or upload a different one.
Follow the request through validation
Each request goes through Leexi. The card shows its state: Default, Pending validation, Active or Modified. Until it is validated, the default assistant keeps being used in your meetings.
Edit the email content
This page only covers the visuals. The wording of the emails sent before and after a meeting is edited on the E-mail templates page.

- Branding mainly affects user perception, not the bot's technical behavior.
- Clear customization makes adoption easier in large organizations.
- Some Leexi spaces may keep certain product branding elements to ensure clarity of service.
Frequently asked questions
Things to watch out for
- Don't confuse visual customization with functional permissions.
- Test changes before rolling them out globally.
- Keep a readable presentation in external sharing spaces.
- There is only one bot profile for the whole company: any change applies to all members.
- It is mandatory to keep the mention "AI" or "Assistant" in the bot's name or description. You cannot make the assistant pass for a human being.
- The Leexi logo and the "powered by Leexi" mention cannot be removed, but their color automatically adapts to the background to stay readable.
- Changes to the bot profile can take a few hours to take effect.
