My logo
Settings > Company > My logo and has three tabs: assistant, email and sharing. It is visible to people allowed to change company settings, and editable by those allowed to manage the customization profiles (Company manager, System admin, Super admin). There is only one profile per tab for the whole company.Statuses
Each tab shows a badge next to its preview.

| Default | No custom profile: Leexi uses its standard appearance. |
| Modified | You changed something without saving. Cancel restores the saved profile. |
| Pending validation | A new version has been submitted and is awaiting validation by Leexi. The previous version stays in use until then. |
| Active | The validated profile is used in meetings, emails or the sharing page. |
Validation flow
Every new version of a profile is reviewed by Leexi before being activated, to check that it does not make the assistant pass for a person and that it stays readable. The badge switches to Pending validation, then to Active. On the assistant tab, only the background colour and opacity, the text colour and size and the disclaimer message sending switch can be changed without a new version; any change of name, description, disclaimer message or logo creates a version to validate. On the sharing tab, changing the logo creates a version to validate; the switches and the colour can be changed without validation.

The Preview in meeting shows the tile as it will be generated, with two markers: the area visible on Google Meet (red) and on Microsoft Teams (blue). Any content beyond these lines may be cut off in meetings. The Leexi logo, the Powered by Leexi mention and ISO27001 certified & GDPR compliant always stay displayed.

The preview uses your team's Owner of a Meeting template. The text of the emails is edited on E-mail templates.
