Storage
The retention periods for video, audio, transcripts and AI insights, their limits per plan and the no-recording-retention mode.
Definition: The Storage page sets, for the whole company, how long Leexi keeps each type of data produced during a meeting. It is under
Settings > Governance > Storage, Storage limits block. It is restricted to people allowed to change company settings, and the lists can only be changed with the Governance add-on.Retention periods

Periods are chosen one by one and the selection is saved immediately.
Limit per plan

A longer period already saved stays offered in the list until it is lowered. When switching to the Starter plan, every period is brought down to 6 months at most; when returning to a higher plan, they go back to 2 years if they were all at 6 months.
Hierarchy of periods
Derived data cannot be kept for less time than its source:
- Audio cannot be kept for less time than video.
- The transcript and AI insights cannot be kept for less time than audio, and can never be set to
Do not keep.
When a choice contradicts this rule, Leexi automatically realigns the period concerned with that of its source. The lists only offer the periods compatible with the choices already made.
Never keep recordings

This mode does not require the Governance add-on.
