The message is sent only once, right after recording starts. If the meeting chat is disabled, the assistant records without a message. On Google Meet, only the first sentence is pinned, because Meet does not display links properly in a pinned message.
Default texts
The default text exists in 43 languages. Leexi replaces the assistant name and the company name with those of your profile.

- Keep the sentence about
/pauseand/resumeas is if you want it removed automatically on Microsoft Teams: Leexi only recognizes the default wording in English, French, Spanish and Dutch. - The disclaimer message does not replace the notification email sent before the meeting, set in Meeting rules.
