My company
The company's default settings, the minimum call duration, the secondary AI insights language and the deletion of the workspace.
Definition: My company sets the default values offered to each new team, the duration below which a call is not transcribed and, when no subscription is active, the deletion of the workspace. The page is under
Settings > Company > My company and is restricted to people allowed to change company settings (System admin, Super admin). Each field is saved as soon as it is changed.Default settings
The languages, the multi-language switch and the time zone are copied into each new team, then from the team into each new user. Changing the company value does not change existing teams and users.

Danger zone
The Danger zone block only appears when the company has no active subscription: trial period ongoing or over, subscription expired or cancelled.
