Webhook events
POST request for each processed call. Webhooks are created in Settings > Advanced > Webhooks, a page restricted to people allowed to manage webhooks, from the AI Meeting plan. This page describes what your URL receives; creating and suspending a webhook are covered in the Webhooks guide.Event
| Event | When it is sent |
|---|---|
call.processed | Once a call's transcript and AI insights are fully generated. |
This is the only existing event. It is sent once per call and per webhook; calls processed while a webhook is inactive are not replayed.
Request content
The body is a JSON object with two fields:
| Field | Content |
|---|---|
event | The event name, call.processed. |
data | The full call, in the same format as the detailed call read in the public API: metadata, participants, transcript, summary. |
The fields of the call object are described in the public API reference; the webhooks getting started guide is in the webhooks reference. The request is not signed.
Receiving webhooks
Only active webhooks whose access rules cover the call receive the event:
| Webhook mode | Calls received |
|---|---|
| Access to everything | All the company's calls. |
| Linked to a user | The calls the chosen user has access to. |
| Custom access | The calls opened by the access rules the webhook is a recipient of; without a rule, none. |
The access rules dedicated to webhooks are described in Access rule types.
Success and retries
A delivery succeeds as soon as your URL responds with an HTTP code below 400. Any other response, a timeout or a connection error triggers a retry according to the following schedule:
| Attempt | Delay after the previous failure |
|---|---|
| 2 | 10 seconds |
| 3 | 1 minute |
| 4 | 5 minutes |
| 5 | 15 minutes |
| 6 | 30 minutes |
| 7 | 1 hour |
| 8 | 6 hours |
| 9 | 24 hours |
| 10 | 24 hours |
| 11 | 24 hours |
After the eleventh consecutive failure (the first attempt, then its ten retries), the webhook is disabled and the company's active Super admins receive an email with the webhook's name and the time it was disabled. The webhook can be reactivated from its row in the list, once your URL is back up.
