Export formats
The formats available to download a call's content, the content of a bulk call export and the conditions for downloading a recording.
Definition: Leexi has three exports: downloading a content block from the call page, the bulk call export delivered as an archive, and downloading the audio or video recording. Each has its own formats and conditions, listed here.
Downloads from the call page
Each content block has a Download button offering the formats below. The format offered by default is raw text.

The PDF, Word and OpenOffice conversions are produced from the Markdown: formatting (headings, lists, bold) is kept.
Bulk call export
The bulk export is not triggered from the interface: it is requested from your Leexi contact, who generates it for a recipient in your company. The recipient receives an email with a link to the export page.

| Access | Only the recipient can open the export page. Each request and each download is tracked in the audit logs. |
The archive contains personal data: store it securely and delete it as soon as you no longer need it.
Downloading the recording

| Recording policy | Downloading requires Allow users to download recordings to be enabled in Settings > Governance > Permissions. Otherwise, the Download action in the call page menu is greyed out. |
| Delivered format | The video if the company keeps video and the call has one; otherwise the audio. The file is served as it was recorded, without conversion. |
| Purged recording | If the video and audio storage duration has passed, or if the company keeps no recordings, the action stays greyed out with the tooltip "The recording is no longer available." |
| Snippets | A snippet is downloaded like a call, under the same conditions. |
| External sharing | On a page shared externally, the content offered depends on the features enabled on the link: Video, Audio, Transcript, Summary, Chaptering, Follow-up tasks. |
