Teams & Users
Settings > Team > My team shows your team's default settings and its members; it is restricted to people allowed to manage their own team (Team manager and higher roles). Settings > Company > Teams & Users shows every team in the company, their members and the deleted accounts; it is restricted to people allowed to manage teams (User admin, Company manager, Super admin). Creating and editing users additionally requires the permission to manage users (User admin, Super admin). The two pages
| Page | What it shows | Header actions |
|---|---|---|
| My team | The number of active users in your team, a foldable Default settings block (Language, Call language(s), Multilingual calls, Team time zone), then the table of your team's active members. | Add User, also available through the icon next to the team name. |
| Teams & Users | The number of active users and teams, the licenses subtitle, a search bar, then one foldable block per team (named Team <name>, sorted by name) with the number of members and three icons: edit the team, delete the team, add a user. A final Deleted operators block appears as soon as an account has been deleted. | Export CSV and Add Team. |
The minimum call duration is not set on either of these pages: it belongs to the company, on My company. Recording, reminder and summary sending settings are set on Meeting rules (Personal, Team, Company tabs), not in the user form.
Licenses subtitle
The Teams & Users subtitle counts paid licenses and guest users, in the form 3 Paid licenses • 2 Guest users. When your subscription imposes a minimum number of licenses higher than the number of paid licenses in use, the count shows 3/5 Paid licenses: you pay for the minimum, not for the number in use.
Search
The search bar filters on user names and offers a multiple-selection Users filter. Teams containing a match unfold automatically; those containing none disappear from the list while the search is active. The folded or unfolded state of each team is remembered from one visit to the next.
Users table
| Column | Content |
|---|---|
| Name | Display name. |
| Email address | Login address. |
| Integrations | The logo of each integration the person has connected (calendar, CRM, VoIP…). |
| Languages | The flag of each chosen call language. |
| License | Guest, Starter, AI Meeting or Business. |
| Role(s) | The assigned roles, separated by commas. |
| Actions | Edit (opens the user form) and Delete. In the Deleted operators block, the action becomes Reactivate. The column only appears for people allowed to manage users. |
Rows are sorted by role (Super admin first, Basic member last) then by name. Clicking a row opens the form.
User statuses
| Status | Where to see it | Effect |
|---|---|---|
| Active | In their team's block. | The account can log in and uses a license if it is not a Guest. |
| Deleted | In the Deleted operators block. | The account can no longer log in and no longer counts towards licenses. Its calls stay in the company. Deleting your own account logs you out immediately. With an active subscription, deleting a paid account shows a subscription update warning, and reactivating it a payment warning: the license is billed as soon as it is reactivated. |
Licenses
The form only offers two choices: your plan's license (Starter, AI Meeting or Business) and Guest (no transcription). The label shows the price per license and per billing period. A new user gets the plan's license by default.
| License | Requires | Effect |
|---|---|---|
| Guest (no transcription) | — | Free. The person has access to the features of the company's plan, except the transcription of their own meetings and Ask Leexi. They do not count towards paid licenses. |
| Starter, AI Meeting or Business | The matching plan | Full paid license. With an active subscription, assigning a paid license to a new account or to a Guest account shows the Billing update warning before saving. |
The plan itself is changed on Billing, not here: see Plans and modules.
User form
The form opens with Add User (on My team), with the add icon of a team block (on Teams & Users) or by clicking a row. On creation, the fields of the More options fold are prefilled with the values of the chosen team.

Changing the address of an existing account requires your password (Your password). Field locked when SSO is enforced. |

CSV export
The Export CSV button on Teams & Users downloads the full list of users, deleted accounts included, in a file named users-<date>.csv.
