Governance add-on
What the Governance add-on unlocks, how it applies and what happens when it is removed.
Definition: Governance groups the security, compliance and access control features. It can be enabled on any plan and applies to the whole company: it is not assigned user by user.
What is unlocked

Application and billing
- The add-on is billed for all the company's paid licenses.
- It is enabled and removed from Settings > Company > Billing & Invoices, My licenses page (
My licensesbutton from the invoices page), Our modules block.
What happens on removal
- Mandatory SSO is disabled: anyone with a Leexi account can sign in with a password again, even if they were removed from your identity provider.
- The Intune restriction is disabled.
- Advanced roles are removed: users keep Super admin or become Member.
- Storage durations remain visible but can no longer be changed.
- Audit logs can no longer be viewed.
- Existing advanced access rules remain visible but can no longer be changed.
