Assistant behavior
Supported platforms
What the assistant can do on each video conferencing platform.
Definition: The assistant joins seven video conferencing platforms: Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, Webex, Jitsi, Visio, Zoom and Apizee. The platform is recognized from the event's meeting link. On each of them, the assistant records and transcribes in the same way, but the features that depend on the platform's interface (chat, captions, camera, waiting room) vary. This table sums up what is available where. No setting is required, except the custom instance URL for Jitsi and Visio and the Zoom integration for Zoom.

Notes by platform
- Google Meet: the assistant turns on Meet captions to read the meeting live. This is what makes
/summaryand language changes possible only on Meet. - Microsoft Teams: pause and resume are controlled from the Leexi app in the meeting. Teams refuses some characters in the assistant's name, see My logo.
- Webex: password-protected meetings and webinars are not supported.
- Jitsi and Visio: by default, Leexi recognizes
meet.jit.silinks and domains starting withvisio.. For an instance hosted on your own domain, add its URL inSettings > General > Integrations, on the Jitsi or Visio card. - Zoom: the assistant goes through the Zoom integration of the person inviting it. That person must be present in the meeting, and the organizer must accept the recording permission request shown by Zoom. The assistant leaves when the person who invited it leaves the meeting.
- Apizee: the assistant joins, records and leaves when participants leave the meeting, without any interaction in the chat. If nobody joins it within 9 minutes, the meeting's card shows
The assistant left after 4 hours, the maximum meeting durationinstead ofNo participants joined the meeting.
