Notifications
Every Leexi notification, its section, the available channels, its license conditions and how to apply it to the whole company.
Definition: The Notifications page sets, row by row and channel by channel, what Leexi sends you: email, Slack or Teams. It is under
Settings > General > Notifications. Each user sets their own notifications; the Apply on every user button is restricted to people allowed to change company settings. The emails sent to your contacts are set on the emails page, not here.Channels

Each checkbox is saved as soon as it is ticked or unticked. By default, every available channel is ticked. The Select all and Deselect all buttons, at the bottom of the page, act on every row and every available channel.

The Configure schedule button on the Tasks reminder row opens three fields: Recurrence (one or more days of the week), Time (in 30-minute steps) and Maximum number of tasks per reminder (10, 15 or 20).

Apply on every user

In both cases, a confirmation reminds you that users' individual preferences will be replaced. The Actions column does not appear for users without this permission. A row greyed out by the license cannot be applied.
