Data and analytics
Filter keys
Every filter of the search bar and dynamic folders, their possible values and what each one keeps.
Definition: Filters narrow the list of calls down with criteria you can combine. The same filters are used in the search bar of the home page, the library and analytics, and in the rule of a dynamic folder. They are open to everyone; results never go beyond your call access scope.
Combination rules
- Filters add up: a call must match each of the active filters.
- Within a single multiple-choice filter, one matching value is enough.
- An applied filter shows as a chip under the search bar;
Cmd/Ctrl + ⌫resets them all. - Active filters are kept in the page address: a filtered view can be shared by copying the URL.
