Glossary
App terms
The notions Leexi uses in its menus and pages, defined in one sentence, with where to configure them.
Definition: This glossary sets the meaning of the terms that come up in the app and in this documentation. Each entry points to the page where the object is created or set up; the guides then detail the steps.
Meetings and AI
| Term | Definition | Where to find it |
|---|---|---|
| Conversation type | Category of conversation (demo, interview, internal check-in…) that the AI detects from its definition and the keywords in the event title, or that you choose on the call. The type decides which summaries are generated, which topics are searched for and which scorecards are applied. | Settings > Leexi Studio > Conversation types; badge under the call page title |
| Summary template (prompt) | Instruction given to the AI to produce content from the transcript. A template is written in each of the company's call languages and associated with one or more conversation types. | Settings > Leexi Studio > Summary templates |
| Main summary and secondary summary | The main summary is the mandatory template of each conversation type: it opens the call page and goes out in notifications and to the CRM. Secondary summaries are the additional templates of the same type, shown in their own tabs; their number depends on the plan. | Settings > Leexi Studio > Conversation types, Summary block |
| AI Context | Free text (company presentation, jargon, acronyms) given to the AI to improve summaries, attached to one or more conversation types. | Settings > Leexi Studio > AI Context |
| Custom vocabulary | Term to transcribe correctly, with the keywords the transcription confuses it with. It corrects the transcript, not the summary. | Settings > Leexi Studio > Custom vocabularies |
| Tag | Colored label placed by hand on a meeting to file it and find it again, possibly restricted to certain teams. | Settings > Leexi Studio > Tags; badges under the call page title |
| AI Topic | Theme described in natural language that the AI spots in the transcript: each occurrence is highlighted and counted. Ten active topics at most per conversation type. | Settings > Leexi Studio > AI Topics; Topics tab of the call page |
Organizing calls
| Term | Definition | Where to find it |
|---|---|---|
| Saved filter | Set of search bar criteria saved under a name. It creates a dynamic folder in the library and can be marked as a favorite to appear on the home page. | Search bar, Saved filters; Library |
| Manual folder and dynamic folder | A manual folder receives the calls you drop into it, from the call page or by drag and drop, and can contain subfolders. A dynamic folder automatically collects the calls that match its rule and updates itself. | Library, Create a new folder |
| Snippet | Part of a call cut between two moments, which becomes a page of its own with its own link, comments and tags, and inherits the conversation type and anonymization of the original call. | Call page, Feedback & Snippets tab, Add a snippet |
Evaluation and reporting
| Term | Definition | Where to find it |
|---|---|---|
| Scorecard and scorecard template | The template is the evaluation grid: its criteria, the targeted conversation types and teams, and its mode, automatic (the AI scores each criterion) or manual (a reviewer fills in the grid). The scorecard is the grid filled in on a given call. | Settings > Leexi Coach > Scorecard templates; Scorecards tab of the call page |
| AI Report | AI-generated synthesis of a set of meetings defined by a saved filter, produced on demand or on a recurring schedule, for a team or a person. | AI Reports; Settings > Leexi Report > AI Reports for the templates |
| Reviewer | User assigned to a meeting to check and correct the call page before it is published to the other participants. Until the review is validated, only reviewers can see the call. | Meeting Hub, on the meeting; enabled in Settings > General > Meeting rules, Company tab |
Access and licenses
| Term | Definition | Where to find it |
|---|---|---|
| Access rule | Rule that defines which users, teams, API keys or webhooks can view which calls, with exceptions by conversation type. On a call, custom access replaces these rules with an explicit list. | Settings > Governance > Access rules; Share & Access button of the call page |
| License and module | The license is the plan assigned to each user (Starter, AI Meeting or Business): it determines the available products and is billed per user. A module is an add-on added on top of the plan: Leexi Coach per user, Governance for the whole company. | Settings > Company > Billing & Invoices, My licenses page; Settings > Company > Teams & Users for each person's license |
| Guest (free license) | User created without a paid license, shown as Guest (no transcription). They can sign in and view what is shared with them, but their meetings are not transcribed, they do not appear in analytics and they inherit no add-on. | Settings > Company > Teams & Users, License field |
