What changes with the move to plans complemented by add-ons and round prices, and what it means for your subscription.

Definition: Leexi is moving its billing to three plans complemented by add-ons, and is replacing percentage discounts with discounted prices displayed directly.
Who is this for?
- Customers whose subscription is being migrated to the new packaging.
- Administrative and finance managers who review the invoices.
Permissions and licenses
- No action is required on your side: the migration is carried out by Leexi.
- Subscription details remain visible to users authorized to manage billing.
What changes
- Three plans instead of four. The Enterprise plan features are now offered as add-ons, which can be enabled on any plan.
- Two add-ons. Governance covers SSO, access rules, advanced roles, audit logs and the customized storage duration. AI Coaching covers advanced analytics, scorecards and CRM field completion.
- Round prices. Percentage discounts are replaced by a discounted price, displayed as such on the billing page and on your invoices.
What stays the same
- Your discount is preserved, converted into a permanent discounted price.
- Your amount stays the same. If you were on the Enterprise plan, the plan and add-ons together total what you were paying before.
- Your features remain available. The add-ons matching your usage are granted to you at migration time.
On your invoices
- A transition invoice documents the packaging change. Its amount is €0 in the vast majority of cases.
- The invoice footer restates the discount applied, line by line, under the heading "Discount explanation".
- Subsequent invoices show one line per plan and one line per add-on.
