Visio
Who is this for?
- All users who organize or attend meetings on Visio, the videoconferencing tool of La Suite numérique.
Permissions and licenses
- License required: depending on your plan, check availability in Settings > General > Integrations.
- No Visio account is needed: the assistant joins the meeting as a guest.
How to use it
Activate a calendar integration
Activate the Google Calendar or Outlook integration from Integrations. Leexi then automatically sends the assistant to record your Visio meetings.
Declare your custom Visio instance if needed
By default, only Visio meetings hosted on a domain of the form https://visio.numerique.gouv.fr/ are detected. If your organization hosts its own Visio instance, go to https://app.leexi.ai/en/settings/integrations, find the Visio integration, click Manage, then add your instance's URL.
Let the assistant join your meetings
As soon as a Visio link of the form https://visio.numerique.gouv.fr/abc-defg-hij, or starting with the URL of your declared instance, is in the description or location of a calendar event, the event is automatically treated as a Visio meeting and the assistant is sent to record it.
Admit the assistant if your meeting is restricted
If your meeting is open to everyone, the assistant joins on its own. If access is restricted, it asks to join and waits up to 9 minutes: admit it from the participants panel so it can start recording.
Going further
Pausing the recording
You can pause the recording from the assistant by typing /pause in the meeting chat, then /resume to resume it. The assistant confirms the pause and resume in the chat.
Things to watch out for
- Without a declared custom instance, only links hosted on a
visio.*domain are detected as Visio meetings. - When the host restricts camera use, the assistant records normally but cannot display its background image.
